Terms of Service

By accessing https://skorpiondigital.com or engaging Skorpion Digital for QA and software testing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Skorpion Digital provides software quality assurance and testing services, including but not limited to manual, automation, API, performance, security, mobile, regression, accessibility, cloud and AI-powered testing. Specific scope, timelines and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary systems, environments, documentation and personnel required for us to perform testing services effectively.

We treat all client code, data and business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver services, or as required by law. Formal NDAs are available upon request.

All test cases, scripts, frameworks and documentation developed specifically for a client engagement are owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Skorpion Digital retains rights to its pre-existing tools and methodologies.

Fees, payment schedules and invoicing terms are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Skorpion Digital strives for thorough and accurate testing but does not guarantee that all defects will be identified. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
